Baked Salmon Fresh Salmon Stuffed with Boursin Cheese and spinach resting on a mild horseradish sauce. Served with Basil whipped red potatoes.
Grilled Rosemary Chicken Breast Infused with garlic oil and fresh lemon served with garlic whipped potatoes.
Mediterranean Pasta Penne Pasta sautéed with sun-dried tomatoes, roasted bell peppers, olives, fresh broccoli and artichokes in olive oil and lemon.
