Have you owned a Bichon
that has lived 19 years or longer?

Bichons on average can be expected to live to 14 - 16 years of age. However, some have lived to be as old as 18 and a few have lived to be older.  If you have (or have had) a Bichon to live beyond age 19, please let us know.  We would appreciate having a pedigree or at least the registered names of the parents of this Bichon so that we can trace any family relationships that these older Bichons may have.  To contact our health chairman, please click here.

By the way, the oldest reported Bichon we know of recently died a natural death at about 21 years of age.  We know that a few others lived past age 19.
