It is critical that we maintain current information on our members.

 

ARTICLE I, Section 1. (a), (b), (c), (d) of the BY-LAWS:

Individual Membership:  shall be comprised of individuals who are reputable citizens of the United States, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Family Membership:  shall consist of husband and wife, or husband and/or wife and any children of said husband and wife who have attained the age of ten (10) years, and who have not reached the age of eighteen (18) years of age.

Junior Membership:  shall be comprised of reputable citizens of the United States who have attained the age of ten (10) years, and who have not reached the age of eighteen (18) years of age.

Foreign Membership:  shall be comprised of reputable citizens of a country other than the United States, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, and who subscribe to the purposes and principles of this Club.

ARTICLE I, Section 3. :  Dues shall be due and payable on or before July 1^st of each year.

 

NOTICE:  ALL DUES RECEIVED AFTER SEPTEMBER 30^th WILL BE

RETURNED AND REAPPLICATION WILL BE REQUIRED.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

BFCA DONATIONS TO HEALTH AND/OR RESCUE

Dues and donations made to health research are not tax deductible.  You must go to the Rescue website at BichonRescue.org to make a donation to rescue as it will be a separate transaction and is tax deductable.
