Annual Dues

Dear BFCA Member,

NOTICE: ALL DUES RECEIVED AFTER SEPTEMBER 30TH WILL BE RETURNED AND RE-APPLICATION WILL BE REQUIRED. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Article I, Section 1, (a), (b),(c),(d) of the By-Laws:
Individual Membership: shall be comprised of individuals who are reputable citizens of the United States and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Household Membership (US or Foreign): shall consist of two (2) adult members residing in the same household, who are reputable citizens of the United States, each are eligible to vote and hold office. $50 (discount for cash or check) Paypal $52

Junior Membership: shall be comprised of reputable citizen of the United States who have attained the age of ten (10) years of age, and who have not reached the age of eighteen (18) years of age. $10 (discount for cash or check) Paypal $10.40

Foreign Membership: shall be comprised of reputable citizens of a country other than the United States, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, and who subscribe to the purposes of this Club. $40 (discount for cash or check) Paypal $41.60

Article I, Section 3: DUES SHALL BE DUE AND PAYABLE ON OR BEFORE JULY 1ST OF EACH YEAR.

BFCA DONATIONS TO HEALTH AND OR RESCUE

Dues and donations made to health research are NOT tax deductible. Dues and health donations can be paid on one check and your receipt is the cancelled check. Donations to BFCA Charitable Trust for rescue ARE tax deductible therefore on a separate check. A receipt will be issued from the BFCACT.

IT IS CRITICAL THAT WE MAINTAIN CORRECT INFORMATION ON OUR MEMBERS, so you MUST FILL OUT THE INFORMATION BELOW AND MAIL WITH YOUR DUES!
